JAZZMYN RED is an award-winning Massachusetts Hip-Hop artist, singer, poet, educator, speaker, and cultural ambassador whose impact reaches far beyond the microphone.
With roots in Brockton and Southeastern Massachusetts, Jazzmyn has built a powerful career blending Hip-Hop, R&B, Neo-Soul, spoken word, and socially conscious storytelling. Her music speaks to resilience, empowerment, social justice, identity, and community.
Her album Writing HERstory earned Album of the Year at the 2017 New England Hip Hop Awards. As a U.S. Hip Hop and Cultural Exchange Ambassador through the U.S. State Department’s Next Level Program, she has taken Hip-Hop culture and education around the world.
She is also the creator of Hip Hop is Genius, connecting Hip-Hop, Black music, identity, social justice, and emotional wellness through education.
